Finn Chambers® AQUA Patch Test
Patient-friendly and reliable, the Finn Chambers AQUA patch is moisture resistant and will remain in place even if the patient takes a shower or works out.
The Finn Chambers AQUA patch is moisture resistant and will remain in place even if the patient takes a shower or works out. In a study of 60 subjects, 98% of Finn Chambers AQUA patches remained fully adhered at 48 hours even though 73% of subjects had taken a bath or shower and 93% had exercised.
Open chambers allows for easy pre-load without the need to remove the protective paper until right before panel placement.
Each chamber is covered with absorbent paper and allows both petrolatum and liquid allergens to be used in the same panel.

Finn Chambers® on Scanpor®
Finn Chambers® on Scanpor® Tape
Finn Chamber® is a patch test device which provides good occlusion because of the chamber design. The 8 mm inner diameter provides a 50 mm2 area and about 20 µl volume. Finn Chambers are available mounted on Scanpor® tape as well as polyurethane tape. The chambers are made of aluminium. Polypropylene coated chambers (8, 12, 18 mm) and 12 mm aluminium chambers are available for special purposes.

Finn Chambers are used in the topical application of allergens for evaluating contact dermatitis and skin dermatitis under the direction of a licensed physician. They may also be used in experimental skin allergy test protocols.
Non-sterile aluminum chambers are already mounted on tape for optimized skin adhesion, comfort, patient acceptability and ease of use. The protective paper backing easily peels away to expose the chambers for allergen application.
Finn Chambers are available in panels of 10 (2 x 5), 5 (1 x 5) or as single chambers

The Finn Chamber OPEN design for skin allergy patch testing allows for easy pre-load of the chambers without the need to remove the protective paper until right before panel placement.
